Processing time
Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Shipping rates
- Orders over $75: free standard shipping
- Orders under $75: flat rate of $6.95
Delivery times
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we'll make it right.
